There is a good chance that organizations with 50 or more employees must have a
written Affirmative Action Plan (AAP). Further, the plan must be reviewed and updated on an annual basis. Enforcement agencies for AAP compliance are not going out of business and can visit your company for a pre-contract review, employee discrimination complaint, focused review, desk audit, comprehensive on-site review, or "glass ceiling" audit.

  The OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) promises more targeted and efficient enforcement activities, as well as stricter sanctions with more settlement dollars for employers that are not in compliance.
