STEPHEN H. KELLERMAN, M.S., SPHR Stephen@affirmativeaction.com A Professional Profile Stephen H. Kellerman has particular expertise in designing value added affirmative action programs to meet regulatory compliance, developing equitable reward systems, conducting specialized surveys of salaries, and preparing pay analysis to meet Department of Labor requirements. He developed human resource management workshops, has been a speaker at various management conferences and professional personnel management seminars. Mr. Kellerman has been providing human resource management consulting services since 1966 and founded KELLERMAN AND ASSOCIATES in 1984. He is the author of PoliciesNow!™ Software to Create an Employee Handbook. Mr. Kellerman provides advice to executives in Fortune 500 and various smaller manufacturing, banking, insurance, finance, health care, biotechnology, retail, technology, transportation, distribution, hospitality, service, software, construction and food processing companies. Mr. Kellerman designed and created value added affirmative action plans to help government contractors meet diverse workforce and regulatory requirements for establishments throughout the country. He successfully guided them through the U.S. Department of Labor's compliance evaluations. Stephen Kellerman is the co-chair of the regional Industry Liaison Group of federal contractors, was an Extension Faculty of the University of California, accredited as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society For Human Resource Management and Past President of the Northern California Human Resource Council. Mr. Kellerman holds a B.A. degree from Temple University, and a M.S. degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University. |
